Making Sense of Yourself
What is this course about?
Sometimes the hardest system to understand is yourself.
Most people move through life reacting to opportunities, pressures, and expectations without ever stepping back to ask a simple question: What actually makes sense for me?
This course creates the space to do that work.
Making Sense of Yourself is a self-guided exploration of identity, experience, values, and direction. Using the tools and mindset of sensemaking, participants examine the patterns in their lives so they can make more intentional choices about how they live and work.
Rather than offering prescriptions or personality labels, the course focuses on helping you observe, reflect, and interpret your own story. Through structured exercises and suggested conversations with peers, you will map where you’ve been, understand what shaped you, and identify the paths that feel most aligned with who you are becoming.
If you’ve ever felt at a crossroads (professionally or personally) this course was built for you.
What is the learning objective of this course?
